Adam Guthrie/Guthrie Echoes Musician/Guitarist/Songwriter/Composer
Adam Guthrie/Guthrie Echoes, hailing from Birmingham, Alabama, is a versatile musician and songwriter skilled in multiple instruments and genres who composes, arranges and produces for film, television, and advertising. He was part of the vibrant eight-piece punk band, Pain, known for their horn-driven sound and even gained recognition through a theme song featured on Cartoon Network's Jabberjaw. Members of Pain have now formed Salvo for which Adam continues to create, perform, and produce. Adam has recently recorded an album slated for 2026 release under the name Guthrie Echoes with the intention of spreading a light of hope in the world. It features various artists including members of Salvo, Early James, Heath Green and the Makeshifters, and Chad Fisher from St. Paul and the Broken Bones among others.In 2024, Hornbuckle recorded his first solo album since his return to Alabama, Compartments. The full band performing songs from the album performs as David Hornbuckle and the Compartments. They are planning a second album under that name for release in 2026.

David Hornbuckle, originally from Birmingham, Alabama where he is a writer, educator, and musician. In the 1990s, he was a founding member of the Florida-based eclectic indie rock band, PopCanon, touring throughout the east coast and recording multiple albums. He them moved to New York City where he formed the acoustic punk band The M-Word and the avant garde David Hornbuckle Dixieland Space Orchestra. Since returning to Birmingham in 2010, he has performed solo and in duos with Adam Guthrie and Stuart McNair. He has also performed as a keyboardist with the bands Salvo and Adam Adam, as well as others.
