*** Bar provides an additional 365 sq ft with seating and staging. Using our bar reduces the room rental fee by $250. Hosts can choose between a cash bar or an open bar. 20% gratuity will be added to the final tab of an open bar.

A 50% deposit is required and time of booking.

• Parking Lot Security: We are located between two (2) public parking lots. We are happy to connect hosts to our off-duty officers, available for hire, whom we use regularly to ensure guests have peace of mind while attending events in our community.
