Kate Hollingsworth is a Birmingham native whose deep-rooted connection to music was cultivated in a family where harmonies and melodies were as commonplace as
conversations. As a seasoned musician, Kate is no stranger to the stage, having spent
years performing with her husband, Taylor, in their critically acclaimed band, Dead
Fingers. Their unique blend of Americana and rock earned them a devoted following
and a reputation for soulful, raw performances.

In addition to her work with Dead Fingers, Kate toured extensively with her siblings,
including her sister, Maria Taylor, a well-known name in the indie music scene. Together,
they brought a familial warmth and dynamic energy to audiences across the country.

Now, Kate is making a triumphant return to her roots as a solo artist, channeling her
experiences from years on the road and in the studio into a sound that is distinctly her
own. Her music, rich with emotion and storytelling, reflects her journey through life as a
musician, wife, and mother, while also paying homage to her Birmingham upbringing
and the musical heritage that has shaped her.
